I've lost by receipt, how do I get another one?
Please go to transactions search , enter the details you do have and we will present you with the receipt on your computer screen. You can then print it.
Why have I been overcharged?
CabFare provides the electronic payment system to Taxi and Limousine Operators who work for Taxi and Limousine Networks. These Networks and the Government determine the prices.
If you believe that you have been overcharged, please contact the Taxi or Limousine Network who operate the vehicles and they will investigate the matter and deal with the driver.

Why am I being charged a 10% service fee?
There is a 10% service fee charged on all electronic transactions in a Taxi and Limousine no matter which Taxi or Limousine service you use. This fee covers the cost of the equipment in a harsh environment and the level of risk associated with transient customers who at times view this market as a soft target for fraud.
Why is there no ABN on my receipt?
The ATO has determined that only transactions above $84 need to provide an ABN on a Taxi receipt.
