CabFare's customer service is one of the best out there. Their response speed and their attention to customers' needs is amazing.

I had a dubious taxi charge of more than $500 and immediately contacted my credit card company. They promised to solve the case in 6-8 weeks.
So I decided to contact CabFare directly and within the day they sent me back the receipt of the transaction. I then asked them to check if this might be a fraud and just a few days later they came back to confirm this and also requested my credit card company to refund the full amount.

I have other fraudulent charges with other taxi companies in Australia, but none of them have responded in such speedy manner.

CabFare should really be proud of their customer service.
