I was accidentally charged twice for a cab fare.
I wasn’t aware of this until I received my monthly credit card statement.
I made a phone call to CabFare and after explaining the situation to the friendly operator I was sent a simple form by email where I needed to document what had happened.
After I returned the form to CabFare, the wrongly double charged amount was immediately returned to my credit card account.
Before contacting CabFare I expected the whole process to be difficult, but I am impressed with CabFare and it’s friendly staff for its capability to efficiently rectify such a situation.

CabFare's customer service is one of the best out there. Their response speed and their attention to customers' needs is amazing.
I had a dubious taxi charge of more than $500 and immediately contacted my credit card company. They promised to solve the case in 6-8 weeks.
So I decided to contact CabFare directly and within the day they sent me back the receipt of the transaction. I then asked them to check if this might be a mistake and just a few days later they came back to confirm this and also requested my credit card company to refund the full amount.
I have other mistakes and even fraudulent charges with other taxi companies in Australia, but none of them have responded in such speedy manner.
CabFare should really be proud of their customer service.

Since we returned the 15 terminals back to the NAB and implemented the new Cabfare terminals to our business, we have gone from knowing very little about which terminal was transacting which amounts to knowing Exactly which terminal is transacting which amounts. That's just the start, we also benefited from the Extra Security in the Cabfare system, drivers cannot tamper with the machines in any illegal manner.
In summary, we are extremely happy with the Cabfare terminals and the system in general.
