What fees does CabFare charge?
Unlike other providers, there are NO monthly costs to use the CabFare service. However, we may request the return of the CabFare terminal if you are not using it.

Do you offer commissions?
CabFare helps businesses increase sales revenue through reliable and super fast card payments. You can view our Features and Plans or Contact us to discuss whether commission is included in your Plan.

When will I get paid?
EFTPOS transactions are assigned to your business immediately after a card transaction and your business receives bank transfer next day.

I left something in a taxi, what should I do?
If you left an item in a taxi that uses a CabFare payment terminal, please Contact Us and provide: Date and Time of trip, Destination (drop off location), item(s) missing and the reference number on the CabFare receipt. We will do our best to help you get your lost property back.

How do I get a Receipt for my trip?
CabFare provides two methods for cardholders to search reprint CabFare transactions, 24x7 customer online search where you can immediately download a copy of your CabFare receipt or manual search where our friendly staff will assist you.

Why is there a surcharge applied?
Non-cash payment transactions in taxis and limousines have a surcharge plus G.S.T. regulated by State Governments. This is used to recover reasonable costs for providing the payment service.
